Ashleigh Clark

CEO + LEAD DESIGNER

For two simultaneous years, Ashleigh Clark Interiors has been awarded the coveted Cleveland’s “Best In Interior Design.” Specializing in new builds, large-scale renovations, and full-scope furnishings for busy clients ranging from executives, entrepreneurs to local leaders. As a seasoned designer, her projects offer a fresh take on Midwestern design and have graced the pages of HGTV, Cleveland Magazine and Homes & Gardens

Ashleigh was born + raised in the industry, 4 out of 5 siblings work in the industry and her mother owned a boutique drapery business. This love for the industry led her to go to Ursuline College studying interior design. Her portfolio and knowledge of the industry impressed the dean of students, it was then she was recruited as an adjunct professor of design. In 2019, Ashleigh went on to create Ashleigh Clark Interior Design Group, where she uses her expertise to design homes that give an unexpected approach to Mid-western design.

Similar to her clients, Ashleigh is rooted in her passion for art, travel, career and family - it is these foundational elements that inspire her playful portfolio of work. Throughout her career, Ashleigh has overseen numerous large-scale construction projects for high-profile Ohio’s executives, entrepreneurs and local leaders. Her turnkey designs allow for each space to be infused with personality and carefully curated.

As a seasoned designer, Ashleigh bridges the gap between high-design and everyday life. A mom of two boys, she understands what it takes to balance a professional family. When weekends allow for free time and are not filled with their children’s schedule, Ashleigh and her husband enjoy spending time with their dog Bleu, friends and family.

Favorite local restaurant?
Lockkeepers, I love there gnocchi and olive tapenade!

Favorite weekend trip?
Anywhere in the country. If it has water and horses even better. I am happiest with family, friends, in the country, with animals, water, a view and very limited cell service!

Best way to relax and recharge?
I find a walk in the metro parks with my dog is always helpful to relax, recharge and get inspired!

Kay Dee Chek

OFFICE MANAGER

Kay Dee has resided in Brook Park, Ohio her entire life and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. Her career experience includes administrative work within a retirement community, managing a commercial construction office for eighteen years, marketing for a communications network and quoting windows and doors for commercial projects in Northeast Ohio. However, her most cherished accomplishment is creating a family. Kay and her husband, Steve, have four children around whom their lives revolve! Over the years they have spent countless hours cheering for local baseball, basketball and football teams! Outside of organized sports they enjoy nature and traveling. As a family they have visited all fifty states, cruised to numerous tropical destinations and spent a week in Iceland together! Kay is always planning the next adventure, if she hasn't been there yet she'll add it to her evergrowing bucket list!

Katelyn McMillen

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Katelyn has pursued a passion for design in her personal life for years consulting on projects for friends and family as a hobby. Active listening and assessing needs and desires are traits that she has learned in her previous nursing career to apply and find creative solutions and customized designs to fit a lifestyle and personality. Understanding the dynamics of work and family life has driven her desire to create rooms that blend functionality and remain aesthetically pleasing. She gathers the volume of her inspiration through her travels, which is her favorite pastime.

Meaghan Wieland

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Meaghan grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from Miami University in 2012, with a concentration in Photography. Her artistic foundation has influenced a career centered on creativity, design, and visual storytelling.

Following time spent working in ceramic slip-casting, Meaghan spent ten years in Atlanta, Georgia, where she worked in the commercial and residential flooring industry. During that time, she focused on product design, concept development, visual merchandising, and photography as part of an in-house creative team. Her experience blending artistic vision with strategic design helped create engaging and thoughtful environments for a variety of clients and projects.

Recently, Meaghan and her family returned to Ohio, where she continues to find inspiration in both her professional work and everyday life. Outside of the office, she is a devoted mother to two young boys and two rescue dogs, Maisel and Dexter, who keep life busy and full of fun. As a family, they enjoy exploring their neighborhood by bike, visiting the local library, and spending time with nearby relatives.

Meaghan and her husband, Austin, share a passion for the arts and enjoy discovering all that the Cleveland area has to offer, from restaurants and live music to gallery openings, artist talks, and museum exhibitions. Whether she is browsing design magazines, visiting showrooms, or experiencing art firsthand, Meaghan is constantly seeking inspiration that informs her creative perspective and enriches her approach to design.


Angela Rosati

DESIGN ASSISTANT

Angela was inspired & encouraged by her father, who was a carpenter, to pursue a career in the design/construction field. Upon graduating from Kent State University in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Art, Angela started in the commercial design world at a Cleveland architectural firm. Her eye for details and organization led her career in not only managing clients but also an in office team. Balance in life is everything and at times can be challenging! When she is not at work, you will find Angela managing life at home with two active daughters, her hubby Chris, and dog Luna. And on weekends, Angela can usually be found at one of her daughters’ sporting events, volunteering through church, or a date night with her hubby!

Amber Mirando

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / PR

Amber is an interior designer who has a passion for design and business development. She completed her undergrad in Interior Design and her masters in Construction Management both from Kent State University. When Amber isn’t working with ACIDG, she is teaching at Kent State in both Interior Design and Construction Management programs, as well as teaching Pilates and weight lifting. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her daughter and husband. They love to travel and also spend time together at home. Amber also enjoys being active, reading and painting.

Tony Ponikvar

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, he has built his career working for a leading builder in roles spanning Project Management, Business Development, and Operations. During this time, he has successfully led a wide range of construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring each is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His background blends hands-on project execution with strategic growth initiatives, allowing him to drive operational efficiency while building strong relationships with clients and project partners.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership, strengthening his ability to lead teams, think strategically, and support long-term business growth. Known for his leadership, problem-solving, and collaborative approach, he brings a results-driven mindset to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, playing golf, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Grace Keeler

DESIGN ASSISTANT / SHOWROOM MANAGER

Grace graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in the spring of 2025 with an Associate Degree in Interior Design. She began her journey with Ashleigh Clark Interior Design Group as an intern in May of 2024 and officially joined the team as a full-time employee summer of 2025. 

With a lifelong love for crafting, styling, and interiors, Grace has always been drawn to the details that make a space feel curated, welcoming, and lived-in. Friends and family often turn to her for styling advice, and she brings that same thoughtful eye to the Collected by Clark showroom — helping merchandise, style, and maintain an atmosphere that feels both elevated and inviting.

When you walk into Collected by Clark, Grace will be there to welcome you with a smile and assist you in finding pieces that reflect your style and vision. She loves connecting with clients, learning their stories, and helping them create spaces that feel like home..
